Recently, a delegation led by Niu Tao, President of the Jiangsu Association and Chamber of Commerce of Queensland, visited Yangjian Group and was warmly received by Zou Houcun, General Manager of the Group. The two sides held in-depth discussions on enterprise development, the application of prefabricated construction technologies, and the expansion of overseas markets.

During the meeting, President Niu Tao introduced the work carried out by the Jiangsu Association and Chamber of Commerce of Queensland in serving its member enterprises and promoting economic, trade, and industrial exchanges between China and Australia. He noted that the Chamber has always paid close attention to the needs of Jiangsu enterprises in their global expansion and hopes, through such visits and exchanges, to gain a deeper understanding of enterprises’ strengths and practical needs, while further leveraging the Chamber’s role as a bridge in overseas resource connections and information exchange.

General Manager Zou Houcun gave a detailed introduction to the development history, business segments, and technological strengths of Yangjian Group. As a comprehensive enterprise with many years of experience in the construction industry, Yangjian Group has accumulated extensive expertise in engineering construction, project management, and technological innovation. In recent years, the Group has continued to promote the development of prefabricated construction, further advancing the industrialisation and standardisation of the construction sector.

In discussing overseas markets, both sides focused on the international expansion of prefabricated construction. Yangjian Group noted that prefabricated construction offers significant advantages in construction efficiency, quality control, green and low-carbon development, and safety management, making it well suited to international markets. Drawing on the Australian construction market, President Niu Tao shared insights into local development trends in modular and prefabricated construction and exchanged views on the overseas market environment, application scenarios, and potential areas of cooperation.

President Niu Tao noted that Australia is placing increasing emphasis on prefabricated construction in residential housing, infrastructure, and public building projects, presenting promising opportunities for cooperation. The Jiangsu Association and Chamber of Commerce of Queensland will continue to support the global expansion of Jiangsu construction enterprises by actively building platforms for exchange and providing assistance and services in connecting enterprises with overseas markets.

This visit further strengthened mutual understanding between the Chamber and Yangjian Group and created valuable opportunities for future cooperation and exploration in the field of prefabricated construction in overseas markets.
